The Flying House is home to an extraordinary installation.
Within its immersive landscape, you will find experimental animation, photography, illustration, hand-made dolls and fanciful creatures.
We’ve created a bird themed house with all of the illustrations, photography, animation & handmade items all based on that theme. We’re also selling the tastiest cakes, tea & coffee & raising some money for the Chestnut Tree Hospice.
Every Sunday we’re also holding small drop-in animation workshops between 12-3pm, where we’ll teach you a few traditional hand drawn animation techniques & you’ll get a chance to create your own looping animation that we will put online after the exhibition. On the last weekend (10th-11th) we’ll be showing an interactive animation display.
